In version 2.2. App users can now provide feedback on the app directly to MaritzCX by tapping the Settings option and choosing Give Feedback. The following issues are addressed: - A caseworker is able to add a watcher or change ownership even if the Add Watcher or Change Owner controls had not been added to the case view by the case administrator. - Tapping an action plan on the action plan list produces a blank view.

Customer messaging has been added to the case management function. A caseworker can post a message to the customer from within the app, either by composing a new message or starting with a scripted message provided by a program administrator. The app notifies the caseworker when a customer response has been received and enables the caseworker to view the response and continue the dialog as needed—all of which is captured and preserved with the case.
