Why does it change languages
After pressing a few buttons the app changes languages to some weird Arabic text. It’s really annoying to deal with because majority of the time it’s when I’m trying to change settings.tias0

Fix it or I’m getting a refund
Had this for about 3 months now and all was good. Ever since the iOS 11 update, I can’t connect it or when it does magically, it appears in a different language. Fix the issue by updating the app or I’m issuing a refund regardless of how long I’ve had the product.D3justgotu

Worth every penny
My accuracy is insane in games now. It makes everything so enjoyable.
PROs: Detailed instructions, handy app, easy to set key and mouse bindings on the fly
CONs: It takes almost a minute for my phone to connect, a lot of wires, there's no support for all actions in games (i.e. press k to activate R1 + R2 at the same time).
However, the pros drastically outweigh the cons. I'm very happy with my purchase.Show lessNeonCat1886
Nice little app
Had my Xim4 for a about a year and a half now and it's still blazing fast and fighting with no problems. The app itself is extremely convenient and helpful when it comes to updating and changing your configs. I also love the user interface, it's very well made and easy to navigate. And for all those who can't seem to pair just remember to turn on bluetooth before you start. Thx Xim Team! <3Show lessPro Genji

Overall good but iPad 2 and below not supported
Basically this is a good tool for a good product, and is a lot more convenient than the desktop manager which requires going back and forth between the PC and PS4. My only complaint is it could be made clearer that not all iPads are supported, I had an iPad 2 and could not figure out why I couldn't get this app to work before re-reading the instructions and seeing iPad 2 is not supported. The fact that it doesn't work with iPad 2 but you can still download and install the app on one is confusing. I now have an iPad Air 2 and it works fine but it gave me grief for a while.Show lesssoaponapope
