• Create additional Medical IDs for other family members and dependents. • The Apple Watch and Widgets only show data from the first Medical ID to minimise confusion. Ensure your own Medical ID is first. If you find Medical ID useful, please rate or review it in the App Store, or recommend it to family, friends and colleagues. This makes a huge difference to me and the future of the app. Thanks in advance, Geoff.

NEW STYLE WIDGETS • Added highly-customizable iOS/iPadOS 14 widgets. There are six different widgets available, some in two sizes, making nine in total: • View a single Personal Details item. • View all Personal Details items. • View a single Medical Information item. • View multiple Medical Information items from a section. • View a single Emergency Contact. • View multiple Emergency Contacts. • All the widgets have configuration options, allowing you to choose which information to display. • Tap a widget to open the app and automatically navigate to the corresponding information. Tapping an emergency contact will also prompt you to call them. These actions require your device to be unlocked. • The old-style widget can still be used on iOS/iPadOS 14. I don't recommend using both styles simultaneously unless you want emergency contacts to be callable without unlocking the device. MISCELLANEOUS • Added epilepsy to the personal data section. If "yes", this will be shown on the large Watch complications. • User interface improvements. • VoiceOver and Voice Control improvements. If you find Medical ID useful, please rate or review it in the App Store, or recommend it to family, friends and colleagues. This makes a huge difference to me and the future of the app. Thanks in advance, Geoff.

Price History of Medical ID Records

Description of Medical ID Records

A Medical ID is a useful reference when visiting a healthcare professional and could be life-saving in an emergency. Create Medical IDs for yourself and, if required, other family members and dependents. Enter Personal Data, Medical Conditions, Allergies & Reactions, Medications, and Emergency Contacts. Use Other Notes for any other kind of information you want to record, such as insurance details, immunisations, family medical history etc. Attach photos from the camera or photo library. Attach photos or PDFs by importing them from iCloud Drive, Dropbox etc. or dragging and dropping them from other apps. Scan documents to create PDF attachments. Markup photo and PDF attachments to annotate, highlight or redact information. Highly-customisable widgets are also available to show information from your Medical ID. Your iPhone/iPad can be configured to allow Today View widgets to be accessible from the lock screen without unlocking your device. Lock Screen widgets are available on iOS 16. There are rectangular widgets for viewing an Emergency Contact or up to three Personal Details items. There are also circular and rectangular widgets which just open the app (this requires unlocking the device). A Watch app gives access to your Medical ID without having to unlock your phone. Back up your Medical IDs to iCloud Drive, Dropbox etc. for safekeeping or to copy them between devices. Note: for space and usability reasons, photos and PDFs are not included in the Watch App or Widgets. For more information see https://hacknicity.com/medicalid or contact me at support@hacknicity.com

Reviews of Medical ID Records

  • Medical info all in one place

Easy to use and understand. Create medical ID information for emergency responders. Also a great place to store your medical history (procedures, vaccinations, etc) Store photographic images of Covid information, insurance cards, inc.
  • This app has proved invaluable to me personally .

I can never remember dates or procedures Also if I had an accident of some sort the Dr. would be able to look up my medical history including allergies, blood type etc. It’s a saving grace to know that if something ever happens to me my family Knows where to find the information concerning my health.
  • Add Folders

The app is a great tool to store information. It would nice to be able to put things into different folders. Like being able to have a folder for each Doctor that you visit, or for different injections that you have gotten. That would clean up the app and make it easier to find things. Other than that, good app.
