The ap stopped working after the last Apple iOS update and it hasn’t been attended to. It’s been a week. You won’t be able to control the amp using Toneroom SM so don’t bother.Cohen the barb
Great brand of amps terrible app
The idea is great, the range of potential is exciting but the user experience of the app is terrible. It doesn’t make sense how to operate or what you’re even creating. The ui aesthetic is so outdated, clungy and just straight up ugly. The app is nowhere near accessible enough for any user with the slightest of impairments.
A feature to hear the preset you’re creating would help too.Show lessjake venabmes

Original review below. Now updated as, thanks to Vox support this is now fixed. Turns out you need to update the amp firmware, it’s not the app.
***This was working fine on my old iPad running iOS 12 but since getting a new iPad I cannot connect to my amp with the app. Normal Bluetooth (playing music through the amp is fine) but connecting the app Bluetooth midi, will not connect. Bluetooth Connection does not work
I have tried Bluetooth on different devices using iOS, macOS and Android. There is no Bluetooth connection coming from the VT100x. I use the computer version of the app via direct usb connection on Mac Os on my IMac without issues. I love VOX valvetronix amps but VOX needs to provide the correct information on this App to avoid wasted time by us end users. Doesn’t work with apple devices
