Lady Luck or not plus cats
They have wonderful places to sit and press buttons. The handsome electronic machines eat paper very well and the people at tables don’t shoo you away immediately, only when you grab the hand objects do they complain! No cats are allowed in the casino main floor but I easily snuck my little precious babies in the provided personal dwelling area. 13 out of 14 of my kitties said they would return, but really MissMeatyfanfan Buns is always hard to win over. She has no hearing and doesn’t enjoy being unclothed.

Mobile device set up
There website is the worst. I have tried multiple times to reset my mobile app. and still til this day I can’t seem to get pass the verification stage. Red hawk needs to have an IT person train all their employees on how to set up mobile apps.

First class operation
I have gambled all over the world, Hong Kong, Macau,Europe and Las Vegas, including Reno. And when you mention all these places,you have to know they all operate at the highest level of customer service.
But resentful I have visited this lone casino set back in between Sacramento and Reno. The name of this casino is Red Hawk. And with just a few trips to gamble there, I have to say that by far this is my best experience ever, and if you look up hospitality’s in the dictionary i believe the name Red Hawk will Be next to it. I have never been treat as good as I have there. I would say for anyone looking to get out for a evening of enjoyment
and pleasure. I strongly recommend going to Red Hawk. It will rate right up there I’m sure as one of your best outings ever.

Waterfall buffet
When busy there is only one cashier. Need another cashier. This review is for Tuesday at 6:20pm July 2. Unacceptable

Whenever I go to RedHawk, no matter I’m winning or not; I still enjoyed those slots machines and specially the VIP Luncheon. The stuffs surely know how take great of us, the customers. Keep up the great service!
