Finally updated for iOS 16
Now this works on iOS 16 it becomes a useful tool once again. The app gives full control over this extremely useful speaker management device.James Fry
Why isn’t this updated?!?!?!?
I bought the Venu360 to upgrade my very old outdoor system. The product works great but not being able to use the app because of its lack of compatibility with modern devices is frustrating. Half the app is off the screen with no way to access the controls. Take the app advertising off the box or you will continue to get frustrated customers.Show lessAV Professional J Dog
Dead and neglected app
This app is dead beyond reason. Harman/Samsung should either update the app to work on the new iPads or just delete it from the App Store and take out tablet functionality on their product marketing. At this point it is false advertising.digiloguemix
No longer works
I used this all the time as a mobile sound engineer, running the wizards setting up different systems and venues.
Now it is completely unusable. The screen ratio is completely wrong - squashed to the left, but then runs off the bottom of the screen with no scroll bars. You cannot access any of the confirmation buttons.
Harman must be aware of this so why is there no fix? As professionals we pay huge sums for their equipment. How about a little support?Show lessStCripps

Please update your formatting, so this will work on updated iPads! The drive rack works great and I love it integrated into my system but I don’t wanna have to use a Windows laptop!Eric Tremor

With the new IPad OS full screen function is not there anymore and it limits functions. Please fix issueDJ Source21

If you’re selling a product with a key marketability being it’s network control through an app - you need to update the app for it to at least remain functional. Not updating it in 8 years despite users who have spent almost a thousand dollars for the product and complain about the screen issue is inexcusable.
