Spinning wheel
After typing in info on potholes & hitting “Submit,” I get a spinning wheel that doesn’t quit. As a result, I never get a confirmation number.
App doesn’t work
So many bugs, I mainly use it for the public transit map/times and for months now it straight up doesn’t work. Geolocation is broken and says I’m too far even though I am standing next to a bus stop. The live map only shows the route, and not the live location of the busses. The schedule shows a outdated document with incorrect info.

So many bugs I need an exterminator
You can’t search and then select the report because it won’t let you tap after you search. Also, when typing the report, it types in white font and I can’t see what I’m typing. I even highlighted the text so I could try to read it but somehow couldn’t read it. The app also crashed on me.
Ok but there are bugs
I like using this app to submit service requests (potholes, etc). However, the “check service request status” feature does not work. I cannot choose the right date to look up my original request.
Beware of fake reviews
The App is good, yes. But the API and UX need a little help. Active Geolocation would help but the app gets the job done.

Unfortunately the App is broken. Received errors whenever “submitting” requests and providing feedback. The Features available for reporting would be very useful, if the app worked.
Best city app ever
I drive all over town for the type of business I'm in. I see graffiti everywhere and it drives me crazy! I downloaded all the different city apps such as Anaheim, Cypress, Southgate and Bellflower, but none of those compare to Downey's app. In the city of Downey, they really did it right! Interface is organized. All words and punctuation are correct, and the response times for clean up are amazing!! I'm really amazed with this app and the city of Downey. Really is Another kind of Beverly Hills!
