This app app horrible, when you spin the wheel it NEVER lands on anything higher than 2500 coins, and in games where you gotta choose 3 of the same objects to win a prize it’s ALWAYS the lowest prize, they programmed the game this way so people would buy coins to play the game, it’s a complete ripoff and y’all deleted my review off the google play store, terrible game just like their casino! Can’t play most games
I’ve played for a long time, my favourite games are Video Poker and Keno. The website went down a few days and I couldn’t log on, so I lost my daily spin bonus because it reset to day one. I finally was able to get on but the maximum bet suddenly went to 50 credits where I was playing 500. Customer service pretty much useless, said it was back but it wasn’t and still isn’t. So I downloaded the app and now my favourite two games are not listed under favourites and there isn’t Keno or Video Poker on the app and 95% of the slot games are not playable. Totally frustrating so if it doesn’t get straightened out I will be done with iplaySeneca.Show lessMauiGal51
Login issues
Iv been trying to contact someone about this app having login issues. I have not been able to login for a few days now. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, nothing fixes the issue.jnn75

Terrible Customer service
I paid for 125k in chips not only did I not get the chips, they said because I had the application it was between me and Apple. Apple said it was sent they said it was not!
Don’t pay for chips they will not help you and it is more trouble than it’s worth. I even sent them the receipt of my purchase. They did not give me a solution and would not Comp me chips. This is a ridiculous casino app. You spin a wheel for tokens and you can actually predict what you’ll get. I hate when they’re “free” but are so tight in their effort to force you to buy tokens. Guess their casino must be broke 🤷🏼♀️Jesslkng

Many features, special offers, and free bonus chips are not available on the mobile version. Customer service is generally fast to respond, however they need to get their stories straight because the contradict one another frequently. Also be very cautious if you plan on spending any real money… the previous version was shut down without warning and after months of waiting for the new version to arrive it finally got here but with none of the chips that I had previously purchased and won. I was told by one rep that our previous balances would be transferred and then told by a different rep that they would not be. Very frustrating indeed especially since I played, and purchased, in good faith that they would stand behind their word. I believe in supporting developers by making purchases, and in this case it was to the tune of several hundred dollars, but once they stab me in the back I’m done with them.Show lessGgkffhjgfy
