I order something but it was low quality so I’m still trying to contact them for return but no one is replying nor the 24/7 customer service is working.

Poor delivery and customer service
Uses an unknown unreliable courier. Should use Blue Dart or Dtdc. Poor cost cutting.
Also customer care not responsive enough to queries. Bad overall experience.TheCarLoverCA

Inefficient in the delivery
I did my first purchase from HealthKart and i guess it is my last one. My order was expected to be delivered by 3rd of June, suddenly on 3rd order status changes to ‘order delayed due to external factors’ and when I try to call their customer care, I only get the same message through their recorded messenger, no customer care executive available to ensure and convey then order status. The saddest part is the order was in transit 3 days before my estimated delivery date, at a location which is 10 minutes from my house and I am trying to reach out to them so that I could collect it myself if there’s a delay, and I fail to reach anyone through customer care. App crashes on iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2
Fix the bug ASAP.
Works fine on my iPhone 5, but crashes on the iPhone 4 when I click on the app icon.
Reinstalled it twice on the iPhone 4 but had the same issue.Deadzoner
