Very dissatisfied, app crashing when attempting to pair to toy

Work for years, now app crashes when pairing with toy.

App keeps closing, everything for help is in a different language can’t even email for help because website is not in English
Rubbish App!
The app immediately closes as soon as you try to connect to the toy - no way of getting off the Home Screen of the app when the toy is on as the app crashes and shuts down.
