We bought this system so we could travel and get notifications if someone or something sets off the camera. We spent hours setting it up, downloading the app, and connecting everything only to find out we can’t receive notifications. If we would have known this we would have never bought the product.

Alerts do not work. Worked initially one time then nothing. Cool to view remotely but the whole purpose is to be alerted when something is amiss.Chrisnme#1
$1000 security system and a worthless app
My original review of this app gave was a 1 star rating. I would add that it was an aggravated one star. I am now revising that to 3 stars because the system is much improved. The notifications still don't work as advertised, but the app is useful at this point. My constructive criticism is to remove the extra clicks required to get to cameras and to fix notifications. Each of those fixes will add a star. There is potential here now where there was none a short time ago. Keep the improvements coming.Show lessBriggs Home
Playback doesn't work
The playback doesn't work on this version. You cannot forward or move to a specific time. Please fix this as the app will be useless with this function working.Willguy8
Added a step to get to my feed
This was at best a 3.5 star app before this update, but adding a step to getting to my camera feed for advertising is not cool.JohnnyDon
Please fix the app!
I used to be able to log into the app and use the playback feature. Ever since the update I am no longer able to do this. Please fix this problem!J3ss_rocks
