Deficient in important areas
The app looks slick but under the hood, you can’t book cars to/from Gatwick South Terminal and you can’t add Amex cards. I’m told a fix is coming but I’ll believe it when I see it. Also, all the Favourites and ride history I had in the old app were lost when the app got upgraded.
Right now, Premier are losing my business to other ride-hailing apps which take Amex and recognise Gatwick South.
