Login failure
I would rate the app higher if I could actually login. I can easily and seamlessly login on the website but the app consistently fails to login with the same credentials. It worked at one point and never worked again. What is the point of the app if it is not properly maintained?
Not user friendly
My son’s has asked us to use this app for nightly reading practice during COVID lockdown. It is not easy to find books that are at the right level for my child. We spend more time trying to find a suitable book than we spend actually reading. Plus, some of the books you can read and some you can only have read to you, but again, you spend some much time clicking on individual titles before you know which ones are accessible in the right way. Even selecting “beginning readers” or “medium readers” is inaccurate...I have no idea who has categorised the books, as they do not seem to follow any coherent pattern. It is infuriating! If you are looking for a good reading app, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the Get Epic! app over this one. That one is better in every way!

The books don’t load
So disappointing. We have been coming back to this app across multiple devices over a few weeks, we have tried so many books and there has been no change. The books simply don’t load.
Sound track
The sound track is kinda bad can you fix that please?
Not downloading!
I don’t know what quality it is but people are saying it’s bad most of the reviews are bad and that’s mean 8 don’t recommend this app( I bought it to a review😒) But yeah if u want better quality u might wanna go on the iPad website or the computer website please do not download this app if u don’t want low quality things I would not recommend this like I said earlier if u want good quality then go to the computer site I don’t want anyone to conquer this glitches and have to delete the app or not even play it! I have no idea because I had to download it for a review but recommend it it’s low quality ( well that’s what people are saying) and u can’t login if u want better quality PLEASE go to the computer website ok? If u read all of this u are talented but I have more this is a great game if u are in covid-19 (coronavirus) because kids don’t have school yes I’m sure now everyone’s in quarantine and can’t go anywhere like anywhere but if use others sites like this like pebble go u might learn something new I know u can use this website but it’s still gonna be clunky a chunky like the app so u might want to go to other kids learning websites and apps and always be careful what u choose. If u have this app u should get the computer website! It way better quality if that helped any body I’m really happy to help

Can’t log in
I can’t even log in ever time I try to log in it freezes
Website and app don’t work on iPad
I can log in on the website, but the books won’t load. So downloaded the app, but can’t get passed the login because I keep getting an error.
Best and nothing happens
People say so but not for me I don’t know way but it works and it’s a great app to read if this goes not work go to the website
