great
just great
Thank you for the 24hr free trial
Without the free trial I probably would’ve have tried the app. (Sign in with Facebook for it.) Now I’m hammering thru questions and my weak areas are really clear. (Also yikes, the Kaplan book has NOT been adequate prep apparently. 😬) I’ll probably buy the subscription because the app works pretty well technologically and the information and format is great. I think I’ve learned more in the past day than I did in weeks reading and quizzing in the Kaplan book.
There are a few bugs and issues with certain questions’ wordings, but it’s still great. I tried sending an email within the app but was unable because the send button was grayed out. In any case, thank you!

Not reflective of the PCAT
I was looking for an app to practice questions before the PCAT in my free time. After spending $14 for this, I realized this app was not as helpful as I thought.
I found many mistakes in questions, (eg stating temperatures in “degrees Kelvin” instead of properly saying just “Kelvin”) and the explanations to many questions were confusing or not even correctly matched to the question. There was strangely a huge focus on only one or two areas in each section (eg. There were so many chemistry questions on the gas law alone) - basically, not nearly enough variety and scope to the questions! I also noticed that each section had only half the questions that they claimed to have, because all the questions were doubled for some reason.
After writing the PCAT and getting 96th percentile, I wanted to review this app to help others! I would highly recommend just googling practice PCAT exams online, because many sites offer one “trial” test for free!

Love it!
Great app for PCAT. Includes many great figures for visual learners, like myself!
Great with a minor error
Overall great with various question types and detailed explanation but i noticed that same question keep popping up. Its a minor issue that doesnt really bother.
Great app!
Great app with extremely detailed and concise explanations! If you are willing to spend hundreds of dollars on your study materials, why not an extra $10 for this great, convenient, and well constructed app? Don't forget, you can also go to their website to study too!
Raving over this App
This app is very user-friendly and it includes such great information to prepare for the PCAT! Love it!
Not sufficient as a number one study tool for PCAT
Buy the sample tests from Pearson that they offer when you pay for your test. The offer a study book and different options of amounts of practice tests. This app does not reflect actual questions on the PCAT, or even how the material is presented. Rather helps one review the topics of all off your prerequisite classes. Which yes, is stuff you need to know, but the PCAT 2016 version test, is not asking questions in the way this app does. That's why I say, just bite the bullet and spend the extra money for the practice tests the publisher offers.

Pcat study app
I love this app because currently I don't have time to study but with this app I can take it anywhere and do pcat questions while waiting in line, breaks times at work, and just about anywhere without carrying a big book!
Good concept, needs much improvement
I'm currently studying for the PCAT at the moment and this app has both helped me with identifying weak topics and caused me much frustration. The concept of answering practice questions and rating them after seeing whether your answer was right/wrong with an explanation all while keeping score through progress graphs is helpful. However, the content can use much work. Particularly for the math section, many of the explanations are half done or even have incorrect arithmetic. If you're on your phone a lot and need a handy way of practicing questions, then this app is helpful. However, I do not think that it is worth the $10 to get the full version until they correct and revise some of the explanations. Additionally, two more topics of study was supposed to be out as sent as of yesterday (known through an email to their users) but it has yet to be updated so I don't know what's the deal with that.
