Downloaded and first step of registering and getting sign-up code is not working. I tried requesting text I tried email and there is no response.
Does anybody know if this app just disappeared off the face of the earth?
My error. My email provider decided not to send me those codes. So now I I will try and use this thing and see how it works.
OK, five tries later I’m still trying to figure this thing out. I am not the sharpest tack in the box but I tried to go back and edit a flight and it wants all kinds of information required before it will let you change anything like even label it.
I did one flight I know was at 4:30 to 5:30 PM and when I look at it it was done the correct day but it was 830 to 9:30 PM. I cannot find a time change in Settings so I’m assuming it’s getting it from GPS. My iPad knows what time it is. I don’t know why the app does not.
I can’t seem to figure out how to add alternate emergency airfield or landing places once I have picked a destination. When I tried to edit, my origin and my destination were the same as I was doing touch and goes, and it would not let me go past that point as it would not give me a place to put the destination airport when I put in the same one. So I’m lost on figuring that one out. I guess I kind of wish there was a class. The manual tells you some things but for some reason I am a very literal person and I’m looking for exact words on exact lines with the explanation or definition remaining the same from one place to another and sometimes that just doesn’t happen these days.When I try to enter my aircraft I get nowhere. It asked for ICAO type and it will not take which of control. I looked on the Internet and there are all these aircraft listed. Hundreds of them. I can’t find mine. So I can’t get through that form either. And then we move to entering the stuff to configure aircraft. At the end is the survival configuration and since I have nothing it says it will suggest things at the end to fill in the blank automatically. It leaves the blank left empty so you can’t save. it goes back to the survival question and answers and whether you pick yes or no it won’t let you finish without putting something in the box and it doesn’t like what I put in it as a zero and it doesn’t suggest like the initial screen says ———-this goes back to my earlier statement about being a literal person and I read something like this where it says it will fill it in at the end if you follow along and answer questions. And it does not do that. This is ultimately too frustrating for me and it happens all the time these days. It seems like committees are made and they don’t talk to each other. It’s pervasive everywhere. It prevents me from doing a lot of things and this app is just one example. Is it just me? It will not save the page of information on my aircraft. So I’ve been here another 45 or 15 minutes hopping around looking at things and trying to get some things done and I’m just not having much luck. Pretty soon it will drop another star.

12–6-20. Update. It’s still thinks it’s 9 o’clock at night when it’s 5 o’clock in the afternoon. I cannot find anything in settings for it to fix the time.
I guess I’m just gonna have to move to something else. In the advanced section the bottom line to tap on Maintenance does not show in either landscape or portrait positions on the iPad. I’m just not having any luck with this. Sorry y’all.
