Can’t get past the front door

I use the Luxe city guide and assume this would be a complimentary addition but in order to access the app you enter your email and an access code. There is no information on how to get an access code. I’ve looked on the web and found no info. If the developers were going for the perception of über exclusive, you’ve nailed it.
