Simple Easy Interface
I’ve been with many banks over the years but this interface is by far the best I’ve seen. Simple easy, everything is straightforward. The app doesn’t make you go searching for what you’re looking to do, everything is on one screen when you first login.Gamer222266666
We need to be able to do remote cheque deposits
App works well but Comtech is not on the Canada Revenue Agency list for online payments.
AND most banking apps now have remote cheque deposit features. With only two physical locations and Covid restrictions, this is badly needed.OliverCollector

Touch ID bug
Love the new Touch ID feature. Except that it constantly disables itself. Everytime that I enable Touch ID it works wonderfully for several logins and then the app reverts to asking for a typed password.
Will there be a fix for this issue?TerryRittwage

The app needs work, you should not have to nickname your account to have remember me on.

Then I tried to transfer money between my own accounts and I got warnings saying "unable to determine customer account number and branch number" It had already selected the main branch for it and I was logged in which should give it my number. That's minus two stars
The app has crashed four times trying to get those two issues for no apparent reason and I am on a brand new iPhone 6 with no other apps running.
That's minus three stars
