Never can cash out
This app used to be alright, because even though it’s often blocked you from being able to cash out on random days, it would always go back to normal and normally you’d never lose sats within two weeks because it would start withdrawals again way before then
But lately it’s been weeks in between being able to withdraw, and I often stack up a bunch of sats just for them to get taken from me again after two weeks of not being able to withdraw.
It’s frustrating!!! Put ads in the app and start paying out like you should be!! No reason this venture has to cost you money. You guys have an excellent opportunity here for the coming bull market and Vestly is totally blowing it!Show lessdatnikkamatthew
Payout/Transfer to Wallet no longer working
When I first started using this app I rarely encountered an issue when cashing out sats to my ZBD account. But over the past few months, I’ve only been able to successfully cashout a handful of times. The same error message pops up almost every single time say “unable to complete payout…. try again later.”
And then, for the last three weeks, it has completely stopped working. I find it kind of convenient, because the Sats will expire after sitting in the wallet for 14 days. So by stalling with these “errors” long enough Vestly doesn’t have to pay out the Sats users have earned.Show lessStarfire4lyfe

Apple need to remove this, Vestly stopped paying out Sats nearly a month ago, and remove any unspent Sats after 14 days. So app is now redundant.

Tried to contact support for Mary month 4 times to tell them that there is an issue I can’t withdraw my sats no one not one soul has ever got back to me I’m losing them by the day because they expire if you don’t withdraw them within 14 days.. support is non existent I finally after a month of trying just deleted app. Sad . It’s their error - unable to verify gamer tag - I’m verified with ZBD there or nothing wrong on their end. Used to be great now it’s just bad
I have used this app for awhile now. Used to be great. It was a great app to stack sats, learn about nft’s, crypto, and stocks. Now you can stack sats, but it doesn’t transfer and you lose all the sats you earned. Might as well add this is only a game and Bitcoin/ satoshi’s you earn are really going to be withdrawn as they have added ads to increase the company earnings and don’t allow for transfers for any amount of satoshi’s, so you automatically lose all of them after fourteen days. Can’t transfer and most people are upset that they can earn 100 or 1000 sats, while having watched enough ads Vestly would be earning millions of dollars a day from ad revenue, but you will lose satoshi’s because no one is able to transfer satoshi’s. Nice play Vestly, but it will probably won’t last another 3 months, and makes us users feel like it’s sham, scam, and the company isn’t honest enough to just call it a game where even if the sats are real you will be able transfer out.Show lesskatieblue42

Nothing wrong with the application and it’s a great thing to use. Had to expect ads at some point but boy are you guys hammering them down…even when I go to add to my portfolio after watching the required ad it will make me watch another 3-4 times before I can make my selection!

EXTREMELY BUGGY.
Look I liked the idea and I'm not hating but after I logged in to thew app on my iPad and then opened the app again, it instantly crashed for no reason, please fix this and I will use your app.dk happy
