Great app!
I love the simplicity of this app. It’ll give you one scripture and then a commentary on it and I love that it leaves so much room for depth. I usually take the scripture back to the passage and read the entire chapter itself and then the one before and after it then re read the commentary. It’s been a great source of growth for me!

It has brought me closer in a time of TRUE NEED to Him and His word. To know someone out there loves me and has a plan for me during these dark times makes me feel like I can go on. Thank you for making this app—and making it free.

Is there a way to have the app send a notification at specific times as reminders me to read the morning and evening devotions? Thank you so much for everything you do.
My Anchor
I have used the Chequer Book of Faith for years as a daily devotion and always find God speaks through the scripture and commentary. After Christ, Spurgeon has no equal.
Quiet Time With God -
I was raised that devotion time with MY GOD was the key to a deep Spiritual Walk with God. Morning and Evening adds so much to my time in worship. I’m a Firm Believer in Holiness of heart , and I am amazed that I found this app with beliefs as mine. Whoever writes these articles DEFINITELY has a deep walk with God ALMIGHTY.

MESSAGE OF THE CROSS
The messages of the devotion always bring me to tears. There is no deviation from the message of the cross. Thank you so much to whoever is compiling this for us busy folks. God bless you all. The messages from the devotions are really gotten from the heart of God.

I enjoy these devotionals every morning…. The words encourage me and lift up my spirit…speak to my very soul and inspire me to keep on believing keep on living to push past my pain show forth the love of God and to give Him Praise Honor and Glory cause He is the only one that truly knows our story and have left on record through the Bible to teach us all His attributes and how to live holy with joy and laughter happiness full of God blessings no matter what cones and to reach out to others and encourage them to do the same… Yes life has

Morning and Evening Devotionals
Two deeply thoughtful lessons are provided every day which require a concentration of attention unlike many daily devotions which only skim across the surface of the greater depth of wisdom to be found in Scripture.
