I like the free version. I don’t like the constant add to upgrade to the premium service.

5 stars for previous (alternate) version - not this one
I gave the 7 Minute Workout Challenge (non-ad supported) app 5 stars because I use it all the time and purchased the 4 additional workouts. Now that version says it won't be supported in iOS 11 unless the app developers update it so I reached out to them in various ways (email, social media, app review) asking them to update it but never received a response. Because of that I decided to search for a new app and came across this one by the same developers which is almost the same but the extra workouts are way more expensive and follow a subscription model so you keep paying for them. At least they could have let me know about this app since I've been a customer of theirs but they opted not to and that's why I decided to give this 1 star.

Tried to set an alarm but wants you to upgrade. I DON'T WANT TO UPGRADE, unable to get to main screen where exercises are! Give us your money or you can't use the app! App constantly putting you on up grade page. ,Rubbish app! Rubbish app! Rubbish app!
