I have been eating healthy and doing this and it's pretty good! I like the schedule and it's not hard exercises! Is pretty easy to fit in at night or day! I recommend this app.

I just started this app today Tuesday march 14 im a teen and not super over weight but i do have a bigger stomach than others but not too big maybe this will help i will see the results in a week or more mAybe?
