Please Add Apple/Google pay its 2024
The app is fine although it needs some tweaks would be better with the use of Apple Pay as it’s much quicker and you can choose which card u want to pay with from Apple Pay instead of having to put all ur details down everytime when u want to change ur card. Get with the times guys.
Other than that great app for Serbia since Yandex go no longer works but even they had Apple Pay.
It’s safe and secure it’s a must in the digital age also add an option to pay with cash too but pay a fee of like $0.50 equivalent for choosing cash fee.

Instalirala pre četiri godine. Dugo je nisam koristila i sad kad pokusam da se ulogujem trazi da verufikujem broj telefona, kad pokušam kaže da je broj već verifikovan i javlja grešku. Ne postoji “back” dugme niti bilo koja druga opcija pa mi je trenutno app “zaglavljena” na verifikaciji. ne pomaze ugasi-upali. Instaliram je na drugom telefonu koji nikad ne koristim sa novim nalogom i tim brojema ali avaj! Kada je jednom instalirate ne postoji mogućnost da promenite ni broj telefona ni email adresu za slicaj da jedno od ta dva vise ne koristite. I sad imam aplikaciju na telefonu koji koristim ali ne radi i aplikaciju na drugom telefonu (sa drugim nalogom) koja radi ali taj broj ne koristim. Da ne pominjem da je gotovo nemoguće proveriti koliko bi koštala vožnja pre nego što je naručite i sva je verovatnoća da ćete pri tom pokušaju vožnju nehotice naručiti. Potpuno očekivano, podrška je očajna. već dva dana me vrte u krug a mejlovi koje su mi poslali naprasno više ne mogu da se učitaju. Pakao koji treba izbegavati.

I tried registering an account and got error message that email address is already taken. When I try to recover password i get an error message that there is no user with this email address. What in the world????
Terrible customer service
If you type in something like ‘main bus station’ it might take you somewhere completely incorrect.
You wont get any refund for something like this.. when you point it out they will just repeat like a robot that you went to the wrong address as if it’s your fault they are misguiding you.

Very frustrating
As per many other reviews, every time I try to create an account it says my email address is already taken. When I then request a password reset it says it has no record of my email address. Please sort this out developers.
Won’t let me create an account
It has never let me create an account and it doesn’t matter what email address I use, I just get an error saying the account is taken. Password reset does nothing. For reference I am British and am using a UK telephone number in case this has anything to do with it
