App keeps saying something went wrong. Can't do anything.
Error when editing search
Keeps showing an error when trying to edit current search. Tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times yet still the same.
Had to create new searches whenever we wanna add something to the current search.
This has been happening for the past week. Too troublesome.

Ask us to WhatsApp them but no reply at all. Yet, spam lots of newsletters. Unsubscribed still sending.

Need more strict requirment for agent to use platform.

Great app but need to refine accuracy
I prefer the app over another more popular property app as the browsing is easy and there used to be good detailing of past transactions.
However, the accuracy of the data and timeliness have deteriorated significantly. Landed property transactions are posted when a condo is secreted in the same vicinity and the recent transactions are missing although they have been posted on URA. Some changes only made things worse.
Hope to see the old version from 2020 back. I used that to help me make a decision and it helped a great deal

Good for users. Terrible for agents.
It’s property agents who pay and finance the app and company.
So yes it’s designed to be user friendly for consumers.
But pls make it less buggy and more user friendly for agents.

Took away the most useful function
I used to love this app for the ability to quickly look at the price each unit transacted at. They took away the function. Maybe to monetise it in the future? But this was what set the app apart from the rest. Now it’s honestly no different.
View transaction by unit feature gone
Seems like the ability to view transaction details by unit has been removed… would be great to reinstate this
Need to remove expired listings
To make your portal more reliable, I recommend automatically deleting listings older than 30 days. This will make it easier to search for examples with the lowest psf or price when using the filter. It would be great if there could be a second filter option to select listings that are less than 7 days old.

Love it but my favourite feature is totally broken
Search by travel time feature is not working at all. The search results are not even close to the travel time that I want, it gives the results that are way too far.

App is buggy and slow
The app is full of bugs and does not load listings as intended. Such a shame.
Nice UX but you will waste your time on fake listings
The app is really painful to use because most of the listings are fake. Agents just try to fish you in with some units and to get you to others.
Also, many listings are duplicates for the same units again making housing search really frustrating.
It is really sad because otherwise the app itself has plenty of nice features.

Non updated informations
Very bad experience of the application either agents already sold and still on app it shows available.!! Another instance agent no response despite calling many times.!!! I have also feedback directly in application as well.!!!
Plz change it
Property agents should have updated their postings, if it’s taken. The app could also have another option for 6 months rental to filter easily
Click baits you
Don’t trust. Misleading 99 advert on google to entice to install by offering app function that doesn’t exist. Deleting immediately.

The interface is easy to use, with all the filters etc. But the app is verrrryyy laggy. Doesn’t sync up properly despite many refreshes, and even though it’s already the most updated. The shortlist in my app is outdated compared to the shortlist when I log into my account on a laptop, which is quite annoying.
