Regarding the eSIM data package: as outlined in our Terms of Service and within the app before purchase, data packages are non-refundable once activated. Each eSIM is tied to a single device, and reinstalling it on another phone requires generating a new QR code. Please note your purchased package is still active and can be used once you install the eSIM on a compatible device.
