This app makes me want to end it all
Every time I try to watch anything with the 9now app, I question if life is even worth living. It’s astonishing that it’s possible to make a streaming service that makes its borderline impossible to stream anything. At least it’s free.

On the iPad I can watch the shows in my time that my partner is not interested in. I wish the app allowed favourites and notified me when the latest episode is available.

The ads on your app fluctuate from normal to really loud. It is very annoying having to constantly adjust the volume. Please fix this problem

Take 10 minutes to get to your show
If you have a 10 minute break, and want to watch a show on 9Now, don’t bother. first of all it’s slow, and takes awhile to get to what you were watching. Then you’ve gotta watch five minutes of ads, then it takes you to a completely different spot on the program to where you left off. and then while you’re watching it, it will glitch out and get a completely different part of the program after an ad break. Sometimes it loops and will keep the same thing. Was the problem for them to sort out

If I am part way through a show and have to exit and come back and watch later, the amount of Ads I need to go through to get back to my original place is ridiculous. I haven’t watched anything and it will show me 10 ads before anything else. So fustrating.
