About
9Pass turns the shop's counter into its loyalty programme, with nothing for your customers to install.
Your customer keeps their stamp card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You scan it.
HOW A VISIT WORKS
Open Scan, point the camera at the customer's pass, and a sheet slides up with their name and how far along they are — so you confirm you are stamping the right person before you act. One tap adds the stamp. When their card is full, that same scan hands over the reward and starts their next card. No PIN, no second screen, no queue behind it.
WHAT YOU SEE
Today's stamps, members and rewards given, and a seven-day chart, on the screen you land on. An activity feed showing every stamp and reward with the name of whoever recorded it. A customer list you can search by name or number.
WHAT YOU SET UP
Your card design and how many stamps a reward takes. Your shop's name, logo and details. Staff, each with their own six-digit PIN, so the activity feed can tell you who did what.
ARABIC AND ENGLISH
Arabic is the default and reads as Arabic, not as a translation. English is one tap away in Settings.
Shops are set up by 9Pass directly. There is nothing to buy in this app.

• Balance cards, for businesses like laundries: customers keep a prepaid balance on their wallet card. Top up any amount from the customer’s profile, and charge it by scanning their card at the till. • Every top-up and charge appears in Activity, and the customer gets a notification on their card. • Edit the top-up notification text in Settings. • Starting a campaign is now a step-by-step screen that ends with a review before it goes live. • Shop details shows your account name and sign-in mobile. • Fixes: Arabic text in search and form fields displays correctly, and the customer list refreshes when you return to it.
