Great way to make Montrose better!
IV used this app quite a bit since I installed it. I love the reporting/ticketing system and communication between the citizen and the public works guys!
1.If I can make a couple suggestions to make it even better, I would add a push notification option where events can be pushed down to our phones so the city can better convey events to the community.
2. Lost animal portion, since the city of Montrose has a ordinance banning citizen signage from public light and traffic poles. This app should also integrate a map based lost animal option where citizens with lost animals can post their lost animal and pin point the last seen location of the animal and others can collaborate by posting locations where they saw the animal. It could be a simple and very similar solution to the "request" portion of the app.
