A Better Thing: Stop Scrolling

Replace doomscrolling with cozy little things that help you feel grounded. Spin the wheel and discover something to make, notice, create or enjoy—a small way to come back to the moment. Want to stop scrolling, but not sure what to do next? A Better Thing offers gentle activity ideas for ordinary days. Whether you're feeling bored, restless, or simply ready for a change, find a little possibility that fits the moment. No need to turn every break into another task. SPIN FOR SOMETHING TO DO From creative ideas to quiet pauses and offline activities, discover things to do beyond your feed. Try an idea, save it for later, or spin again when you're in the mood for something else. FIND A WHEEL FOR YOUR MOOD Explore available themed wheels for different moments, moods, and interests. Start with the main wheel or choose a theme that speaks to you. A tiny adventure, a moment of warmth, or a little room to breathe—let curiosity lead the way. KEEP THE IDEAS YOU LOVE Save your favorites in My Picks, add ideas of your own, and build a collection you can return to whenever you like. Browsing your saved ideas never uses your spin allowance. A LITTLE COMPANION ALONG THE WAY Meet your pup, choose accessories, and collect badges on your achievement plates as you explore. All badges and achievement plates are available for everyone to enjoy. A GENTLER DIGITAL DETOX Instead of scrolling through one more post, find something you'd like to do. A Better Thing gives you ideas to turn to when you want a little less screen time and a little more life beyond the feed. START FOR FREE Try 10 free spins in total, with no time limit. Your free spins are shared across the main wheel and free themed wheels and do not reset. Continue spinning with Better Pro once they are used. You can still revisit My Picks and your accessible Past Finds. The free version includes selected themed wheels, up to 5 ideas in My Picks, and 3 pup accessories. All badges and achievement plates remain available for everyone. BETTER PRO Enjoy unlimited spins and My Picks, all available themed wheels, all pup accessories, and your full Past Finds history.
