Cute, but glitchy
It’s a cute game, but it’s short, and the game crashed a lot. You have to buy both episodes to have the whole story the story, and that makes the price a little high given the short play time.

It’s so sad to see the overall reviews for this game reduced due to a few 1 star ratings over a crash those users experienced during the game. As frustrated as I would feel experiencing a crash, I would never bring the entire game down especially with all the hard work put into this game! This is such a great game, I’m so sad that there likely won’t be another 🥺 I’ll still keep checking regularly in hopes that there is a new one in the pipeline! 🤞🏼🙏🏼 Thank you for a fun adventure over both games! ❤️

A great game but hopeless
This game constantly freezes and makes it impossible to use clues. Definitely would be good if bugs were fixed but impossible now.

I love ol’ Bertie and this game is a great continuation of game 1. It was a little hard to follow at times—I constantly had to refer to a walkthrough. Other than that, loved it. A little glitchy but nothing I couldn’t deal with. Great job
I absolutely adore this game.
At 22 I still go back and play this game, the story and illustration is so incredibly well done. It’s a fun game for any age and i hope that they will make more in the future!
Great point and click adventure
I love the genre, and this is a great bundle for the price. Not super difficult, but I enjoyed the whole thing. Nice visual style and good voice acting. The sense of humour was right up my alley as well. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do. I think they made a 3rd which I can’t find on iOS, but I’ll be watching.

This is one of the best games I’ve had the chance to play. Engaging, difficult at times and lots of fun.

Every time I go into the bakery and touch the oven dial the game crashes. How very disappointing.

The second episode of this game keeps the same tone and humor as the first. The characters and puzzles are wonderfully interesting, without the confusing logic of many point-and-click games.
This game had a longer playtime than the first, so buying them together as a bundle is the best way to experience the story.

Wer genug Englisch kann, sollte unbedingt die englische Version spielen: die Wortspiele sind herrlich doof, aber meist unübersetzbar. Hoffentlich gibt es bald eine neue Folge!

Fun and no crashing!
Played this in Jan 2021 on an iPad Air 3 and had no problems with crashing or bugs. It’s a fun point and click; I would buy a 3rd Bertram Fiddle in a heartbeat! The perfect difficulty level. Highly recommended.
New Game?!
I love this series. I’ve been waiting for a new one for years. 😫 I hope we get an episode 3 soon.
Can’t finish the game
I think there is a bug near the end of chapter 6. Once I’ve taken the boat back to the soap factory, I can’t return to area that I left, and there is no way to exit the soap factory. I’m stuck, and it’s preventing me from completing the game.

Mixed feelings
It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into this game. However, what you are supposed to do next is often not only confusing, but bazaar as well. I’m fine with bazaar, but the reason you are doing the bazaar thing needs to makes sense. It’s a shame for the game makers to go to so much effort to create the game and then fall short in the plotting of the clues.
