So Relaxing
I have bought relaxation and meditation apps in the past and either they've been too complex for me to set right, with too many choice settings, or their effectiveness has worn off after a few plays. This app however is simple to use, beautiful to listen to, and so relaxing that even when wide awake I can play it and be sent to sleep every time. The music is gorgeous and compliments the spoken guidance perfectly. My only criticism is that it's hard to get through all the chakra visualisations before drifting off!

I listen to several of glens meditations he has a gift for truly balancing me and my positive outlook has grown significantly this app is great and I highly suggest reviewing all his information and meditations they are great relaxing just what I need on Friday evening for self time then gives me the boost I need for the weekend

My favorite, Glenn is the best on apple and googles.
Ive been looking for a good chakra meditation app, and this is the best of both worlds. I use this more for meditation than being hypnotize. Just great! Did have a hard time downloading,, took over a day,, worth it in the end,,,will be doing this app every day,, thank you Glenn!
