Crashes/shuts down
For months this app has shut down on me at any moment. When it happens, any work done is not saved. Extremely frustrating when I use this app for my freelance business. Reached out to company tech support and they claimed I was the first person to ever report such an issue. They couldn’t figure it out but instead offered me free trial of a beta test version of one of their other products. That product does not suit my business needs at all. I’d hoped maybe the issue was with my phone. However, I got a new phone last week, and this program has still crashed on me once already. App works great, when it works. Makes it easy to personalize photos in many ways. However, in my opinion paid subscribers should have access to more content. I’ve learned I can find a ton more in stickers and other design elements on the free version of Canva.

So glitchy & now app won’t open
Edited August 2025: I still can’t believe how the developers have abandoned this app. It STILL will not open on my phone and I spent so much money purchasing packs for this app that doesn’t work anymore.
I can’t begin to express how frustrating this app became, eventually leading me to delete and reinstall the app last week. Now it won’t even load and open. When I click on it, the screen turns white and it never opens. I had to uninstall it because no matter what I did, every time I opened the app it was frozen in the last folder I accessed to edit a photo and I couldn’t get to any other folder to edit new content. This is beyond frustrating. Please pay more attention to this app and fix the bugs!

Always loved it but now it’s acting up
Lately the graphics won’t save when I’m finished. The collage stickers insert very large and I can’t pinch to make smaller on the photo. I hope there’s an update soon to fix it!

Normally I would not subscribe or leave this glowing of a review. But the textures and color options for everything in this app is beyond beautiful. I’m so excited to get started! Thank you for making this! It’s beautiful!!
Crashing
This app has been crashing in the middle of projects for over a year. I paid for a lot of the components and it feels a little unfair that yall don’t fix it. I know you’ve moved on to other things, but please be responsible with your fan/customer base.

I like like the little stickers you use, but sometimes I get confused and I accidentally tap one of my stickers and it changes to a different sticker I wanted so I’ll give this a four stars. It’s pretty good actually the game.
total garbage
Used to love this app, it made making text graphics on my phone fun. Now it freezes or crashes constantly, it’s impossible to go back and use your created image again, etc. total waste of time
