This is my second pregnancy using the app and it helped me had a natural birth and hoping to do the same this time. I love listening to it when I can’t sleep, it relaxes me, gives me confidence and helps me sleep
Wonderful in early labour
I used this app while in early labour and found it really helpful to relax and rest before active labour kicked in a few hours later, and for overall getting me in the right mindset for a powerfully positive birth.

App malfunction
I’ve had this app for 3 days . The first day I committed to a subscription. After listening to a video today, I am unable to listen to anymore adios as it keeps asking me to subscribe in order to move forward. I went into my apple settings to confirm I have already subscribed, but the app will not let me move forward

Hi! Why didn't you contact us by email? It would have been faster. If this happens, when it asks to pay again, please tap on the RESTORE button, and you will have access to all hypnobirthing audios and other pregnancy-related content. Let me know if it worked. Thanks

I cannot support this app often enough. Even 3 years postpartum I use it to relax and work through pain or anxiety.

Subscription didn’t work
I downloaded this and started the free trial but it did not unlock anything and kept coming up with an error. Could not use it.

Tools don’t work after paying for it
I paid for the subscription and when I tried to click on one of the tools like “books” or “birth plan” a pop up appeared telling me I can rate the app to access it for free one time… I already paid for it why would that even pop up?.. I hit ok on the pop up and a timer showed up on all the premium tools counting down 30 mins but when I go to click on one of them nothing happens. I restarted the app multiple times and my phone a few times as well and still doesn’t work. I just wanted to check out all the stuff I bought and I can’t even do that. I’ll wait for the timer to count down to see if I can open it after, but It’s annoying that I even have to do that…

Best app for hypnobirth
Been using this for three months… I get DEEP into hypnosis easily. It’s well above the quality of many other similar apps. The voices and music are extremely well made and produced. This will be my go to playlist for labor.
Can’t get back in
I like the update. I like that I can do my program without being “late” to a class and having to reschedule. I like that it can be done on my own time and I can switch programs if I want to. I haven’t gotten to fully utilize the app and appreciate the rest, as I have gotten kicked out and can’t get back in, though!
When I try to open, it shuts off immediately. I have deleted the app and reinstalled a few times and powered off my phone with no luck. I also dislike paying for something that I can’t use. I understand there will be glitches, so I am just hoping it gets fixed ASAP!

Great trainers with fun workouts!
Good workouts for beginners and so much to build on. Trainers are so fun and charismatic. Products are great as well! Would recommend for beginners who are trying to find out where to start!

When it comes to working out, I’m a person that needs accountability and a program to follow. When the app came out, I did the free trial and fell in love with the Hypnobirthing community all over again. Knowing that other people are sweating along with me (especially at 5am) makes me feel like I’m not alone in this journey. Also, the chat feature is amazing! **Note for developers, My IG handle has changed since I signed up but I’m not able to change it on the app (blue section under profile photo). Hoping it gets fixed on the next update!
