Fix the crash
Update: I deleted and reinstalled the game and that helped thus far.
Previous review:
Please fix the crash that happens after the line “when I was home with you” in the song that plays after the radio puzzle. This is in the first few minutes of the game. I can’t play until this bug is fixed! iPhone 13. Crashes occur for me on both on iOS 17 and after upgrade to iOS 18.
This won’t allow me to start a game on my iPad mini 4, starting incompatibility, even though the app opens and the opening credit loads :((. And it said “works on this iPad” in the App Store.

J’aimerais pouvoir y jouer mais le jeux crash aux transitions de chapitre, j’ai réussi à passer le premier chapitre en le recommençant plusieurs fois en pensant que ca irait mieux après mais impossible à passer le second le jeux crash systématiquement à la fin de ce chapitre

Lovely, beautifully drawn and animated story — not a puzzle game, but..
This is a beautifully crafted experience and sadly, the posted description, as evidenced by several other reviews, really needed to clarify this point so that disappointment might have been avoided for buyers who expected to get a puzzle game. ******* There’s an interesting review by a Russian player that I used Apple’s native photo app to translate so (English-speaking-only) people reading the reviews before deciding whether to buy the app could take it into account too… anyway, here’s the translation: “ Music is life! -by: 23июня — A game that will take forty minutes of your time and make you look at your relationship with your parents from a slightly different angle. Understand that they live for you, that even when they are not around, they worry and think about you. Thank you very much to the heroine, for this little adventure, which made me rethink some things.”

Never got disappointed
Since 2014, I've been a dedicated fan of the studio. Each game I've experienced has been an unique and emotionally resonant journey. The latest one has evoked memories of my challenging childhood with an abusive mother, mirroring the complex journey from resentment to understanding and forgiveness. The captivating art and enchanting soundtracks provide a brief escape from reality, especially when immersed in the game with headphones on. I hope you lots would consider releasing sheet musics for OSTs like "I'm There Too" from A Memoir Blue and Kevin Penkin's pieces from Florence. It would be fantastic to play them on my piano to myself. Keep up the excellent work your games are truly gems! =)

A Beautiful Story
A beautiful story of memories, a childhood, and regrets. There are a few, fairly simple, puzzles to advance to the next part of the narrative, but mostly it is about the story. A touching story of childhood and a mother’s love. Beautiful and touching.

Don’t play this game unless you are willing to cry
Among the mass of AAA games and elaborate schemes to turn gamers into addicts, I’m so glad to have found this absolute gem…this is what “games” are all about!
It’s a wonderful story that I think anyone can relate to, and it’s perfectly digestable over a quiet sunday.
Yes the gameplay is simple, but it doesn’t change the fact that this title does what interactive mediums is supposed to do: reconnect, rekindle, and recalibrate with those parts of yourself that are lost as we struggle through our ever-accelerating-modern lifestyle.
Thank you creators of this title! You’ve made (at least my world) a bit better 😇

Waste of time and money
First, I had no sound at all. Went through settings and that didn’t help. Second, there is no clear way to “play”. It’s just clicking randomly on things. Don’t waste your time.
Stuttering at times on the iPhone 14 pro
This game should not be running bad on the newest iPhone. Why is there even stutter?

Very laggy and unclear how to play. Had to click around without any prompting and the story was very slow

Beautiful, but…
A beautifully illustrated story, but I thought I was getting something of a puzzle game as well. Aside from moving a few things around on the screen to advance the story, there was no puzzle to it at all. Kind of disappointing. Am I missing something?? Kinda feel like I just wasted a couple bucks.

Annapurna interactive always managed to tell beautiful stories, wether or not there are voice lines, which why you have this one a go. I did not regret it. Although there were one or two puzzles that were a little difficult for me (personally) to solve, over all they were pretty simple, which meant you get to do use more on the story. And it does a good job of creating chapters to save where you are. Over all, really loved it. Congratulations on creating another fantastic game.

Beautiful graphics
Stunning visuals but let down because of the lack of interactions which can leave you a little bored, watching a lady travel an escalator for a few minutes etc I’m only halfway through so maybe there’s more to do later, I absolutely loved what remains of Edith Finch and this is a nice little experience too but not really a game, I like to use my brain occasionally but if your looking for a beautiful story driven gentle experience you will love this.
