I downloaded this card guard ap but now can't change any of the options on being notified. Why?

Doesn’t work

I can’t tell you how many times now I have had a block on and they have let a charge go through. It’s rough because I thought I could trust this and evidently there are holes that I end up paying for. The bad part is you can never find a number or somebody that claims responsibility that you can talk to you and even find out if you’re doing something wrong. Time to quit trusting this app.

Can’t use app

Started off great. I really enjoyed being able to turn my card off and on. Haven’t been able to log in to the app for a few mo the now. I just get an error message saying that my request can not be processed at this time.
