Can’t delete account
Can not delete account or sign into new app account. No help from customer service.All you can do is send an email and wait and never hear from anyone. No way to delete you payment information either.
Bit of a scam
“As is” and even “appears new” are dicey. Sometimes brand in box doesn’t match, other times it’s completely broken or missing parts
Clunky
This app is clunky and not user friendly. The search function is also not good. Having done this website for years that worked fine.
Closes when you open other apps
When you’re browsing items and decide to google an item or even reply to a text (just opening another app), the astock app will take you back to the top of the items you scrolled through when you go back to it.

Buyer Beware AS-IS
If you don’t see it in the photo assume it’s not included because 99 times out of 100 it won’t be EVEN IF the title or description says it’s included. You only get what’s in the picture and even then you could see two different pictures of completely different items. You’ll get whatever was in one of the pictures and only what you see in the picture. For example, the listing says “battery powered pole saw with 2 rechargeable batteries and charger” but the photo only shows the pole saw by itself with no batteries or charger visible in the photo, assume there are NO batteries or charger. They will not refund you on anything sold as-is. Any they are very clever on how they take pictures, with most of them being only a partial view of the item or blurry or from too far away to get a good idea of an items condition. If it’s listed as-is (or even “appears new”), you might get lucky with accessories that are supposed to be included but don’t assume they will be there and assume it’s most likely broken in some way shape or form, so bid accordingly and be handy or be prepared to toss whatever you won in the trash can. This is a game of chance!!

“as is” warning
“As-is” seems like it should be the condition that is “as-is”, but the company policy is that even if the item is totally misrepresented in the description there is no return.

Some items are little bad but still good stuff and easy to work the app is little laggy but it’s fine everything is well layed out
Bad service waiting too long not safe
It’s scammer you have to be very careful they never answer 2 times i last my money i keep sending messages no respond too bad
Buyer Beware
There is a Buy Now Button on each item and it’s easy to accidentally hit when scrolling. Once hit, there is no typical confirmation screen like a good app would have, just a congratulations for winning and bam, it’s yours and your credit card is charged.
Be Careful
Don’t trust this app. You may find a few good things if you’re lucky but in the end they’re just trying to make money off you in all ways possible.
All broke, bloody scam
I know, the scheme is very attractive. You would possibly think you could buy some stuff very cheap.
BUT, the auctioned items are listed as “open box”. Believe me, almost all the items either broken or scratched heavily. If you are going for a pallet, you will end up with bunch of broken useless stuff.
When you consciously think of it, all these items are returned items which could not be resold. They just list them as “Open box” and auction it. When they can’t even auction them, when it is totally broke or parts are missing, they put them all on a cart and sell it. Nobody knows, what’s inside when they bid.
REMEMBER!
There is no returning of these.

Open box items are broken
Please do a better job and list items as broken. My experience has been subpar because I’ve bought open box items expecting them to work. I purchased a fishing pole, and before I left I showed the attendant it was broken. I was told it’s an open box item and refunds weren’t available.

App not working
Will not let me log in. I can log in perfectly ok on the web site but the app will not do anything.
App doesn’t work at all.
App never works when trying to login but works on website great. stick to using the site.
Needs work
First of all it won’t let me log in even though I can log into the website with no problems. Also it is no where near as user friendly as the last app.
