Bad don’t do it

Issue’s with the app not showing buses that are running and the buses themselves were always late if they showed up at all just uber around

Great way to get around!

This is the best way to get from Orange County airport to Anaheim. The cost is so cheap too. The app is easy to use and was very useful for status.

Great ride

Easy way to get around by far. Smooth ride, helpful driver and I was able to order a ride to the airport and I arrived at the airport the time the app said I would.

Delays

Much better just using uber. The busses are always delayed. We waited 40 minutes for a bus to Disney and ended up walking instead.

Routes Inconsistent: Rude driver

Shuttle said it would run every 20 minutes when we bought a day pass. Went to leave Disney and waited 50 minutes with no sign of the bus. Asked another route driver if our bus was running and he was extremely condescending about how to use the app. I didn’t have this ap before today.

False or misleading sales of passes and rude driver when asking for help in a foreign city is a bad look.
