Usually pretty good

Usually pretty good, but sometimes the apple jerk rides around has very last minute and even cancel rides that never occurred saying never showed up

Student recommendation

I would recommend the app to input a part where you could notify either the Drivers or the app that an individual in the particular route needs a ride or is waiting for a ride at that specific time. This would help those deciding the route times to also know how best they could do a ride route.

Laguna Beach

At first, I thought the new app was really great. The biggest and worst flaw it has is if you’ve been given a driver to pick you up and they get put on break or lunch you are then put back in queue and waiting even longer than you already have waited for another ride. That part of the app needs to be fixed tour if you have a driver to come pick you up and they have to be put on lunch or break you are routed to the next available driver not put back in queue with everyone else to wait even longer especially when it’s very hot outside. It’s inconvenient.

Amazing

The drivers are amazing. The app is absolute chaos with no reasoning or logic, but it’s what we have and we live with it.

Horrendous routing

Microsoft please stop using Tripshot. What a horrendous route that tripshot generates! Cab will pick me up from my home that’s a mile away in MTV, from the MTV office, take me 4 miles to Sunnyvale, bring me back the same route back to the intersection where I live and then to the office. So a rider boards the cab, is driven away from work by 4 miles opposite direction? While the route could have been such that cab picks me while returning from Sunnyvale, rather than tug me along from the city where I and my workplace is to another city and back. Been reporting this for 2 years and always surprised at this routing algorithm that’s just non-sensical. We fear AI will take our jobs but these archaic algorithms could really use AI help or apps that have more logical routing algorithms will replace such apps sooner or later. This, after all these years of giving this detailed a feedback! I don’t think anyone even looks at this feedback, let me may be review on the app store!
