If I could give this app zero stars I would. This app is the only interface for a dash cam I purchased for my Audi from 4x4.shop in Canada. Yeah, I should give myself zero stars for buying a Chinese product and expecting it to work as advertised.
This app hasn’t been touched on 2 years. It looks like a beta version that someone coded in a rush and pushed it out before the mafia came to collect. The developer’s website doesn’t exist and I can’t even “report a problem” via Apple Store because the app doesn’t register as an app in my purchases.
The app’s menu doesn’t display correctly on iPhone — it looks like a negative of what should be showing. Additionally, the gallery where the videos and photos should be accessed/stored is always blank so there’s no way to access the recordings from driving. Isn’t that the point of a dashcam interface?!? Furthermore, the app’s settings —which are not user friendly— don’t actually control certain functions: for example, turning the startup message off doesn’t work…and the audio control that’s advertised doesn’t actually exist on the app. Maybe it’s because someone did a google translate of Chinese to English and failed miserably at capturing what the functions actually are.

I figure the developer won’t read this. If he does, hopefully he’ll make a much needed update so this app works the way it should.
