Useful but unreliable
I want to like this app - the need for such is self-apparent. But it’s just plain unreliable and jittery, and the time-locked experiences I have with the free version don’t make me want to plunk down $10 for more of the same. Would buy if improvements to detection algorithm and output data streams were made.

No midi meter movement
I do not get meter movement on the output side.Please help
An amazing real time audio to midi tool!
I needed to feed a midi converted pitches from my woodwind in order to feed a visualizer. This is straight forward, took me less then 5 minutes to configure everything and accuracy is very good! I used a small condenser microphone that fed input in A2M. In Ableton Live I just used provided virtual midi port and it works! These audio to midi tools aren’t widely available, but this one gets the job done! Thank you!!!! Other one I was trying was Doubler 2 but that is designed for a voice and on a woodwind it was making mistakes.

Good idea
Like the concept but frankly I have found it rarely produces good quality translation of audio into midi even with simple input such as pads. With more complicated material I have never produced good quality midi . The app needs a further round of development ment in my opinion
Not readable
How do I even use this? I can’t even create a new track. I don’t get how this works at all. Until I can use it properly, I’m keeping this review at 1 star. Also the website doesn’t help
Annoying
Trying to figure out in 4 minutes ‘trial period’ how to connect this up, and whether it actually works is an absurd idea

It Works but for that Price a Bit of correction and maybe some scales to choose would make it interesting. For Voice its very Hard and retriggers the Sounds often, so Short Sounds is Not really possible to send midi to. Using it with instruments that are keycorrect maybe works better.
Also it Crashs allways when i try to Improve the quality

Great but…
The app is simple and doing its job fine. Slow tracking and the pitch recognition is good. But on my iPad Air gen4 OS 16 in AUM it crashes every 5 minutes. Pretty annoying and almost useless . It doesn’t look like, that the developer is working on it to improve it.
Expensive and does not work in Logic for IPad
I bought this hoping it would help me track basslines from Audio to MIDI but it simply does not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not sure if I can get a refund. I have been fiddling with it hoping to get it working for too long. Total waste of time.
I love this plugin
Like I said, I love this plugin. I used it to make a Pocket Miku sing to a Buddha Machine (check out the video on YouTube). It's also neat for creating interesting patterns on a drum synth (as kind of a "backing track" to an existing audio signal). Thank you for making this.
Can't seem to get any MIDI output
I've tried everything I know and I can't get any MIDI output. Garage Band detects the MIDI Input, and the audio input level to A2M is perfect, but I get no MIDI output. Even MidiView shows no MIDI coming from A2M virtual port. In contrast, the MIDI Bass and MIDI Guitar 2 demo programs work perfectly with Garage Band.

I like this app a lot. It’s so straightforward and seems to work well. But I can’t figure out how to purchase it. There’s a restore purchase button but I can’t figure out how to pay it so it doesn’t shut off every few minutes.

Funktioniert auf dem Mac M1 nicht
Ich habe alles versucht. Die App neu installiert. Ich sehe den Ton hereinkommen aber die Midi Seite bleibt tot. Mit dem gleichen Klang auf dem iphone 7 läuft es gut. Seit meine Rezenssion von vor 1 Jahr gab es keine Verbesserung sogar eine Verschlimmerung, da es jetzt überhaupt nicht mehr geht.

The A2M doesn't convert the audio signal to MIDI files - it converts it to real-time MIDI events (like a synth).

I would give this a 5-STAR if it can do POLYPHONIC.
