Constantly crashes
Good app but now it crashes any time I click on a sponsor or sponsee… have no access to it anymore just crashes every time. Support looked into it and can’t find an issue. The app was good but I literally can’t have it anymore with it crashing… even after deleting it and downloading again.. same issue.

Technical Issues
It’s a great concept, but the app hardly stays open for longer than 1 minute. It will just shut off out of nowhere. This issue still happens after I deleted and redownloaded the app.
Sponsorship is sooooo important
Thank you for having the option to find a sponsor as sometimes in small towns there are actually not enough people available. It is laid out beautifully and keeps it simple sweetie

Highly recommend this app! It makes connecting with my sponsor so much easier since I can do my spot check inventory and she can review it and I rediscovered this app again right as I hit my 8th step which makes it so easy to keep track of things! If you own a phone and are in a 12 step recovery program then you would be doing yourself and your sponsor/sponsees a huge favor by utilizing this amazing tool.

The toolkit is a good app. It’s very helpful in my recovery. From journaling and working the steps. It has all the literature with it. If you’re in recovery this is the only app you’ll want.

Overall, the app is a good one. The reason I gave it a two star reading is because of the commercials. Anytime you reverse one aspect of the app you get commercials and you have to watch them for a few seconds before you can forward it. I don’t like all those commercials.
Working the steps…thank you…working the steps has been a large part of my sobriety.
Thank you for sharing it is great sharing and good reminders of the spiritual path I am on for sobriety

Everything is in this app. You can even get a sponsor and work the steps which are outlined in this app. Get it you won’t regret it.

Great but far too many ads
This app is great, however on the free version there is so many ads it’s to the point of distraction from focusing on recovery and readings which is what I’ve come to the app for. I definitely expect ads in a free version but there is a huge amount and at every click. And they’re all for addictive repetitive games that addicts don’t need repeated exposure to.

Extremely impressed with the support
I just want to give a HUGE thumbs up to the developers. I was having issues with errors and the ability to log in, send daily 11th step statuses and morning journals to my friends via iPhone.
I was discouraged and about to cancel the app I have been using for over a year. I reached out and they responded quite professionally and, although it took some time, they fixed the issues and kept in constant contact with me.
I am beyond impressed and am going to commit to another year of service. Kudos to you guys! Keep up the good work. I am suggesting this app to people because of the quality and service you showed!
