Don't use app
The app will charge you a lot more money, so save yourself the grief and call them directly, they're still slightly cheaper than Uber this way.

It is slick and easy to use. The discount codes on offer with app bookings are great

Use uber or any other service . AAA services have declined rapidly these past years used to be really reliable le now they are overpriced and un reliable
Aaa taxis
More often takes double payments and says payment failed took me a while to realise that the payment had gone through and not to try again. But also the cancel ride option is in the wrong place, when you go in to check your ride is just a mid tap of the screen and your ride is cancelled and you have lost your money.

This app is useless , DO NOT USE !!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. You will get a notification come up sometimes when you try and book a taxi saying that the card payment has failed to go through. You then book another taxi and pay cash or card again. They will then take the payment for the original taxi booked about an hour later.

No re-set password email received, multiple attempts.

worst taxi app ever. stick to uber
don’t use this app if it was the only option on earth. the cabs don’t come and they take your money and don’t resolve anything. you book and you don’t even get updates

You book a cab though the app and it picks the wrong location so you then have to ring and tell the where you are absolutely useless
App developers really don’t know what they were doing
I think they spent the majority of their time trying to make this app look fancy and nice. The app doesn’t function well whatsoever. It will not let me choose my house as the pick up location, instead it forces me to use a location that’s 0.4 miles away as the pick up. The old app was way simpler and actually works!
