Not a single reply from customer service
I’ve had this app sense is first come out on the Apple Store. The update for a more secure app. Lock me out of my account then after a month of waiting for a response from customer service they said I had to pay for my money to be transferred to a new account. I lost $40 just to get my account back. Then I can’t sell the Aabb gold coins I have . Not a very good company.

Poor customer service
I enjoy the user interface and the simplicity of the modules within the wallet. My issue is I’m going on 8 days from my transfer of eth from my coinbase wallet to the AABB wallet which I have done many times before, this time the eth was hung up somehow somewhere and never made it to my aabb wallet but on etherscan it shows it as a success. I’ve contacted customer service with about 3 emails now detailing the transaction with screenshots of my coinbase wallet my aabb wallet and the etherscan confirmation and am yet to even receive a response from customer support. $300 in eth down the drain with no sign of customer support to help resolve the issue. Last time I transfer any crypto to this wallet.

Safe and secure kyc and more!
Been using this for a year now and this company has made nice progress in its wallet and I really feel safe holding my crypto in it. Highly recommend👍
Simply very little volume.
I recently tried several trades; only one succeeded - a LTC to ETH. This one had a small order book where many pairs showed either a very old chart and no order book or no chart or order book at all.
It would appear then that the platform has no useful market makers; if you happen upon a relatively recent trading pair with activity you can make a trade (market at least). Without any volume in so many pairs trading is frankly very difficult or effectively impossible!

You can deposit but can’t withdraw
update to same review Still an awful organization. say goodbye to your money the minute you deposit there. it’s the absolute worst investment one can make. more benefit if you use your cash as toilet paper. For over a year my money is sitting there. Can’t sell what I bought. It’s a joke to say the least.

They got back to me in a shorter time than any other wallet exchange I have tried and found a solution quickly. I am going to trust AABB will continue to offer great customer care.

Best wallet I’ve used
This is by far my favorite wallet of all the ones I’ve tried. I’ve never had a problem with it, it always runs very smooth and is super quick. The interface is also extremely simple and easy to learn how to navigate. I highly recommend!

Im just getting into cryptocurrency and this wallet is exactly what you need. Easy to use, great support team (respond right away!!) as well as awesome market view of ALL cryptos out there now. Overall great wallet!!!
Very Easy to use and trading crypto is a breeze
I heard about this from a friend and a figured I’d give it a shot. This keeps my crypto safe and secure. I can trade AABB or 55 other types of crypto. Download for sure it’s worth it!
Easy but not complete
Easy to use. Does not show charts of AABBG in the app or any information of such. No news articles or bulletins. I think this would be better if people could learn more about AABB and AABBG. I guess more transparency is desired.

Good App!
Interface is very simple, even for a person like myself that’s a little slow to learn. The merchant finder on the map is quite awesome. Hoping lots more merchant will participate soon!

As a business owner, this idea of a gold backed crypto which I can integrate into my business is absolutely genius. It makes my customers feel like I am up with the times and knowledgeable about the evolving currency in the day and age we live in. I personally like the design of the wallet and how easy it was to setup. It is the only way to buy aabbg gold tokens currently so i did it through this wallet, it is neat they added a way for buisness owners to accept the token for payment and put themselves on a map. Would highly reccomend this wallet!

What is really going on here?
I am/was excited to have a crypto/gold exchange option for my investments. Seems like the best combination of two worlds, so much that I’m very interested in Asia Broadband as a company. However when a basic electrum wallet interface can’t even see or use my funds for over 3 days and counting, I’m suddenly concerned that I just lost all the crypto I sent to it. Hopefully my seed phrase works somewhere else cause I think this platform is a lost cause. Sad.

Keeps Crashing
I’m on a XsMax with iOS 14.4 and keeps telling me that there is an update when it has the current version. This just started. Been trying to kyc since the first launch of the app. Looking forward to the future with all this.
Game changer!!
I store most of my crypto on it. I also bought some AABBG tokens that will only go to the moon the longer I hold. Gold backed crypto is a straight game changer! Looking forward for their exchange platform too.
