AAE Annual Session app
Does it really make sense that I have to login and go through all the prompts every time I access the app? Do it once and be done for heavens sake. Other than that it’s pretty good.
Constantly Logging Out
The app is great overall but a big issue is that it constantly logs the user out and we have to sign back in to the app almost every time we open the app. The same thing was happening with the WiFi while at AAE 2023. The map of the exhibit hall was also not very intuitive and difficult to work with. Besides that, the app is great!

Montreal was nice, good food and great people. But, it is the American Association of Endodontists. Keep in America and keep it in a WARM locale ! It’s a no brainer !!

Nice try
While helpful at times, this app still left a bit to be desired. It would be nice if you could submit the CE directly from the course. Also, I don’t understand why the previous years were included. Having to wait for the app to load/open just to click “2018” and wait again was frustrating. It seemed to run slow and use a significant amount of battery. The app would often freeze and need to be restated, especially while entering CE and then again when trying to mark it complete.

I appreciate the improvement over previous efforts. I feel that this enhanced the AAE experience. Please consider the following input.
I would like the CE to be linked directly from the presentation summary page.
The Q&A link was nonfunctional on my iPhone from the presentation summary page although it worked from the main menu.
I didn’t answer all of the survey questions regarding a presentation but when I tried to follow the hot link back to the presentation it simply informed me that I was now complete. I had to manually search for the presentation by opening them each manually.
Generally, a great product which I plan on using in the future.

Great tool but needs improvement
The color of the text to ask questions should not have such harsh contrast to a grey background, use something different than blue. The app should also be more intuitive to bring me to the current day as opposed to the starting day of the conference throughout the 4 days.

I’ve had to miss the past couple AAE annual meetings so the app was new to me this year. I was so impressed with all the options including the available slides for the presentations and the ability to send in questions for the presenters. Thank you!!
