The staff especially the manager are very professional and respectful. This cafe is running the best I have seen it run in the 17 years I have worked at raaf base Wagga.
Coffee Voucher not Working
Have a voucher for free coffee but this was not recognised today.
Also the coffee I purchased today has not shown up as a credit on the Stamp Card.

App won’t load
App doesn’t load, you get stuck in an endless circle of ‘update the app’ - ‘app unable to be updated’ which makes it unusable.
Better overall
Much better than it used to be. It is frustrating though that the stamps don’t travel between bases - if I’ve got a free coffee at one base and then go somewhere else, it starts again.
Pretty; no substance
Looks good, lots of selections, but nothing behind them. The loyalty card is frequently out of sync, triggering a free coffee on my second stamp due to system latency I presume. And recent feedback through the app has resulted in all loyalty cards disappearing. Why do I even have this app?
Absolute rubbish
Compared to the old app this is rubbish. It cannot keep up to date with loyalty stamps. Takes a day for purchases to show up. You get to four stamps, make a purchase and they all disappear. The customer has no idea where they are with stamps at any given time.
