Better book cabkaro. Only show less fare before booking. Even their drivers are that much fool that after ride start , they go to petrol pump for refuelling. This cab service provider will get shut down soon.
Bad experience
Don’t book any ride from this app. Today I booked a cab from Hyderpora bypass to the airport, and the app showed an estimated fare of ₹149. However, after the ride ended, I was asked to pay over ₹400. The driver said ₹80 was for toll tax, but none of these additional charges were mentioned clearly on the app before the ride.
It feels misleading when the app shows a low fare initially but ends up charging much more after the ride. The final amount shown at the time of booking should be accurate and transparent. Unexpected charges like this make the experience frustrating.
Please improve fare transparency so that users can trust the pricing shown before booking.

Terrible Experience with Aala Cabs – Avoid at All Costs!
I’m writing this to warn everyone about the horrible experience I had with Aala Cabs. I strongly suggest not using this app and switching to Uber instead.
I booked a ride through Aala, and to my shock, the driver charged me three times the actual fare. I immediately raised a complaint with their customer care, but that just made things worse. They took days to respond, and when they finally did, all I got was, “We are looking into the matter.” That was over a month ago, and guess what? My issue is still unresolved.
I’ve sent them multiple emails and messages, but they just keep ignoring it. It’s clear that Aala Cabs has one of the most careless and unprofessional customer support teams I’ve ever encountered. They don’t care about their customers at all.
Please don’t waste your time or money on this app. Switch to Uber – they are far more reliable and actually care about customer experience. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

yesterday i had to go rawalpora and i selected the right destination on the app but the driver took me to hyderpora and said we've reached he didnt had any map on. I told him to check the map and take me to the right destination he said i dont know where is rawalpora.
