New Update Not Loading
I updated the app and it logged me out. Then when I log in it is just loading no information is there. I guess it is still some kinks going on but when will this issue resolve. As well as I am using the proper email and I am not getting an email to reset password either. But I guess I remembered it and got in . But still that is an issue too.

Doesn’t work
Sad the latest update to the app doesn’t work at all you can’t upload anything and I haven’t been able to successfully take photos either. Please change it back to the original version of the Aaliyah app
It’s ok…. Needs some Updating
I just downloaded this app, because I’ve been a fan of Aaliyah since the 90s. But it’s awfully slow. It lags too much. You can’t even do anything because of how laggy it is. I was excited to download this app because of how much I love Aaliyah, but I will have to delete it. Maybe when they have a few more updates and it’s running smooth I might download it again, but until then I will appreciate my CDs, merch, DVDs and other products I have of Aaliyah. Also, watching her videos on YT.

Unusable
The slowest app I’ve ever used, it’s so slow to respond. I tried to create a account couldn’t do so cause each keystroke takes about a min to respond.
Buggy and laggy
Can’t even open the app without it freezing…
Immediately Froze, barely works
Downloaded this in order to get the black jersey dropping soon but I’m not sure how that’s even going to be possible with how it freezes immediately and has like a 40 second delayed responded when you try to interact with anything.

From the App Store, it looks like the perfect app for Aaliyah fans. Once I downloaded this app, I opened it, then, it took forever to launch— then froze when it was finished. Also, it takes up a lot of storage for no reason and uses the camera constantly in the background. Love Aaliyah though 💗

They claim it’s for us fans yet they wanna block us on Twitter and instagram what for we did nothin wrong but been supportive of the app since they one I do not recommend this app and it takes up too much space on my phone I’m still will always forever will be a fan of Babygirl and continue on her legacy the right way and this app is not it from me still love u Aaliyah

I'm so so very HAPPY!! AALIYAH'S FANS have waited patiently & prayed sooo very long for everything Official concerning "Our Babigurl" to take the forefront and it seems that Our "Heartfelt" Prayers, Our Countless "Wishes" but most of all Our Love for Aaliyah helped keep us "Patient" to stick in there and fight to keep her "Dreams" but most of all her "Legacy" alive.. Every year I celebrate her life along with mine because Our Born Days are just 2 days apart from each other.. Big fan of Aaliyah but honestly this app is pointless! EVERYTHING you see on this app u see on Instagram and Twitter. There is NOTHING unique or original about this app. Boring!
I’m not signing up
Every app and website you use you gotta sign up and be a “user”. I’m tired of entering passwords and email addresses to use websites and apps! Why can’t people create stuff for the public to simply use without all this registration and signing up??
Not Impressed
At first glance, the app is really nice for Aaliyah fans to come together and communicate but alas that is why platforms such as twitter, Instagram, etc. were created. The layout of the app is dated and overshadows the content on the actual app. Another downfall of the app is that it’s not compatible with androids so that’s a whole demographic of her fan base that’s not being reached. Again, it gives more reason to just use platforms like twitter and instagram. I’m not exactly sure what the app is doing for her legacy, there could be much more being done to honor her but here were are with a lackadaisical app that is constantly spamming about poorly graphically designed shirts. It’s unbecoming and hope that her estate is able to collaborate with some people who are trained and now how to curate some content with longevity.
