Glitchy

The app stopped working in the middle of a conference making it difficult to figure out which session is next and the my schedule still hand my schedule all out of order without dates showing, so next to impossible to navigate. Luckily the per of the schedule was still available in the app.

Not user friendly

The app closes out throughout the day necessitating a log in, and all the introductory slides before getting to the schedule.

Requires sign in multiple times

Love the app itself but even when I leave the app open in the background, it requires me to sign in and swipe through multiple pages before I can get to the main page of the app. It is time consuming and frustrating when I want to get a quick glance at the schedule or other resources on the app.

Overall, excellent.

Totally replaced the previous booklets I carried. Well done. The design could be refreshed for aesthetics but it’s a must have.

Used to be better

Choppy interface requires internet connection all the time, the splash screen is way to frequent and lasts too long.

Hello Drinkwd40, we're sorry to hear that you experienced some connectivity problems, but that can sometimes be an issue at large conference venues. Once you open the AANA app, you will be prompted through a few settings where you can select to either download via WiFi or cellular data. You can update that setting at any point by navigating to the main menu > cog wheel icon > download preferences. If you have any other questions please feel free to submit a support ticket. Very convenient means of following meeting events

Fairly easy to use. Does need a section for meeting area room maps. Nice to view slides for session directly from event slot. Perhaps upload pictures from days events. Needs method to alert user to new updates in schedule other than message. I didn’t view message section until I arrived home

Hello, we're so happy that you found the app easy to use! Additionally, we just wanted to bring to your attention a few icons on the main app screen. All the way at the bottom in the black bar, there is a section that contains any of the maps that were provided by the venue. There are also 4 green tiles that all link to social media sites where you can view photos from the event using the tag #AANA2019. Thanks! -CadmiumCD
