No webapp or apple tv app. Stuck in mobile only. Once it’s available in apple tv i will change the rating. I don’t watch movies on mobile.

I recently purchased this app, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. The app only works on smaller devices like phones and iPads, but it does not function on a TV. Additionally, there is no casting option available, which is a major limitation.
I also tried reaching out to the support team using the email provided in the app, but I have not received any response. Due to these issues, I have cancelled my subscription.
I would strongly recommend that the developers focus on long-term improvements and ensure proper testing across all devices before releasing the app.

User experience is very bad, subscribe only if you want to watch on mobile, doesn’t support ipad(full screen), TV.

Paid for 1-Year Plan, Still No Access
I purchased the 1-year subscription on 17th February 2026 at 8:35 PM using my registered mobile number. However, the app is still asking me to recharge to access the content.
In this regard, I have already emailed the concerned support team, but the issue remains unresolved. This is very disappointing after making full payment.
Kindly resolve the subscription activation issue at the earliest.

URGENT: Feature Request for AAO NXT App on Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS)
Dear AAO NXT Support Team,
I am a dedicated subscriber of AAO NXT, and I truly enjoy the regional content you provide. However, I am writing to express my concern regarding the platform's device compatibility.
Currently, the AAO NXT app is unavailable on the official stores for Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen OS) and LG Smart TVs (webOS). As a paying user, I am unable to watch your content on my primary home television, which is a significant disadvantage.
Furthermore, I have encountered the following issues:
• Screen Mirroring Blocked:
When I try to mirror the app from my phone to my Samsung TV, I get a black screen due to DRM restrictions. This leaves me with no way to view the content I am paying for on a large screen.
• Technical Suggestion:
I understand the need for high-level Digital Rights Management (DRM). However, I suggest your developers implement Google Cast (Chromecast) and Apple AirPlay 2 within the app. These protocols maintain Widevine L1 / FairPlay security while allowing secure streaming to the TV.
I kindly request that you prioritize developing native apps for Samsung and LG stores or, at the very least, enable secure casting features. I look forward to your response and a timeline for these updates.

One of the worst app
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. They have managed to ruin the experience on every possible platform. Movies show as “Coming Soon” on JioTV. The iPad app doesn’t support full-screen mode. On JioTV, the app never logs out. And these are just a few of the many issues.
Aao Nxt—if you are actually paying developers to build and maintain this app, please rethink, because your money is being completely wasted.its ok if you are developing it as your btech 4th year project.Developers if you are reading this review please upskill yourself job market is very tough now a days

Unexpected app to have for odia movie
This is a unique platform for odia people to watch recent odia movies other than theatre and most front runner streaming platform don’t have any odia movie due to less audience and very few national level movies. But this platform doesn’t have a proper support except a email id which most probably no one look into. How would they run a streaming app without support, very silly to ask this question but I would suggest people to be care full subscribing to this as I have faced issue with my subscription and unable to use it now and no one reply to my mail.😳

It’s a fake app. When you make payment through your ios or android wallet the merchant gets money but you won’t get a subscription. That’s ridiculous. I am going to consumer courts against this app
Subscription model is not working
I subscribed to this 26/12/25 for a one year plan. In the evening when I login once again, it’s asking me to subscribe once again. I dropped a mail but looks like dere IT team is completely incompetent to handle the situation and asking me to call the customer service. Pathetic app and pathetic customer service. Don’t take the subscription model until their app is good and customer service is upto the expectation.

Took subscription but now it is not showing the content and asking to subscribe again
Used the app for a day after taking one year subscription, but it is asking to subscribe again when I click on the content. App experience is very bad. If you want people take subscription at least don’t give such pathetic experience where even after paying money one cannot see the content. I have sent a mail to the contact email with details, hope for a quick resolution.

About my subscription
I am already subscribed this quarterly plan but this app doesn’t show my subscription details very disgusting. I want to watch movies but app not showing my subscription plans. Please help me out of this problem.
