I guess there was an update to the app on Oct of this year??? Since then, I can't even open the app! Wont even give it one star!

Don’t even bother!

Continues to tell me my membership number is wrong. I assume the “savings” comes from not being able to see or use the discount.

What a joke

So…I’ve entered my credentials multiple times. I cannot be found. Although I appreciate the AAPC trying to partner with businesses to offer benefits, why would you partner with this nonsense. As a business professional, and member, I’m insulted by this ineptitude. Either partner with a savings program that works, or don’t bother wasting our time. We’re busy enough as it is.

Impossible to use

Extremely difficult to sign up. Nothing works. This app is a joke! I’ve tried using it for a long time at multiple different locations! Never does work!

Can’t even log in

App doesn’t recognize my membership number (I’ve had it for 8 years; I’m definitely entering the correct one) so can’t even get into the app features. Very disappointing—deleting now.

Doesn’t seem to think my credentials are valid. Have had it for awhile thinking it just doesn’t like apprentices, but recently discovered that isn’t the actual problem. Maybe it’s great if you can log in, but I’ll never know.

App is crashing as soon as it opens. Giving 1 star until this issues is resolved. Otherwise a good app.

Constantly crashes!!

I haven’t been able to access the app since downloading it almost a year ago. It crashes or tells me my credentials are invalid every time I’ve tried to access it. I’ve never even had an opportunity to log-in. The code for this app needs to be completely re-vamped.
