Downloaded the app. Booked a taxi. It didn’t show up. Called the operator. He was vague and non-apologetic, couldn’t seem to find the booking. Consequently, missed our train to Copenhagen airport.
Cannot register phone number
Always giving error when submitting the phone number to get verification code. If can’t verify phone then it doesn’t allow booking. Taxi website doesn’t do this job either . This app needs a fix. Apparently since last year as another person complained too!
Won’t let you register unless you have a Danish phone number
The app insists on knowing your country code and then adds that plus a leading “0” to your mobile number so you end up with something like +44 07124 123123 which of course doesn’t work.
Awful
Your new(ish) app is awful. The destination search does not work properly. For example, you cannot enter Aarhus Central Station. It will default to Banegårdplasen, which is fine if you actually know the street address. Even if you do, it doesn't accept it.
Also the car tracking doesn't work at all. The app said my car was here and then I waited another 10minutes.
I used to love the old app, simple and it worked.
